shareing a desktop and remote controlling

hi

from my workstation i do a remote login to a machine and acess a productivity tool .the said productivity tool has limitation of users .

at the same time if i login from another workstation to the same machine and access that productivity tool it will say max users log off some users and try again .

is there any way one workstation can share the screen to other without any disturbance so that other workstation and both users can use the productivity tool
