Is there some form of template that could be used to create multiple email accounts in Outlook 2010? Or any method that would allow the details of the incoming, outgoing mail server , both ports, and other specifics?
Something that would only leave the need for a username and password would be perfect. Every company system has outlook 2010 and every one of them is set exactly the same except for that. Each new employee or one who leaves and is replaced requires having to reload the system with all the details for a new user and these are always the same except for the name and password to create a new pst file
