how to call jquery function from a webgrid column

i have webgrid in one of the views like below:

@grid.GetHtml(
     tableStyle: "webgrid",
     headerStyle: "head",
     alternatingRowStyle: "alt",
     columns: grid.Columns(
     grid.Column("PersonId", "Id"),
     grid.Column("PersonName", "Name")
)

i neeed to call a jQuery function from the webgrid....how to i do it???
Please help....
