Sorry but this still means nothing. If you are trying to load a file and it fails then try and explain what happens. Do you get an exception, does your program crash, does you PC catch fire? Try and be specific and post any error messages exactly as they appear.

i dont know from the very begining,i can only upload .shp files....to upload other files i dont know how to do so....

It may be better to ask on the GeoServer user mailing lists[^] so long as the answer doesn't appear in the user documentation[^].
