Detecting Serial Port, opening and setting port

Please Guide how to open the serial Port and about setting up the Port.
Also when i detect the available COM ports , i got Two ComPorts for each Mobile Device.
So,how to determine the required ComPort?

Read the documentation for the SerialPort class.
"determine the required ComPort", you would query the device....
