Connect to a database without any connector using C#

Hi,
Am building an application and i want to find who using it.
When the application start, it insert:
hard disk serial number, fist opened date, current date
to a table of a database (Online).

My web hosting provider give me a free mysql server.

Is it possible to connect to the mysql database that users dose not have to install any MySql connector?
(Users only have .Net framework installed)
Security is not a problem for me. I can integrate password to the app code.

Is their any better way to do this (Without using a database / Using SQL)?
