i use visual studio 2005 IDE for making A GAME. In that game i need images as rectangular shape for runtime edit. I use VisualC++ as core language.

Do you mean that you wish to allow the player to modify the image somehow? If so then you need to find an image editor of some sort, or write one yourself.

it doesn't image editor, its is an image like a small textbox in background and we can place number over image. simply says it look like a textbox of windows applications.

dear friend
at first make a dialog and in the OnPaint()paint an image as background and then with opengl or GDI objects draw an array without physical object.
it's possible even you can design your own editbox with special theme and style.
