User can access just open single instance on all over the network

hi,

I want to make my Asp.net web application that user can access just open single instance on all over the network or computers means user can just open only single instance of web application restrict to open new instant from using Ctrl+t or other way , also from the new browser.


i found some solution but unable to identify widow close and window refresh event.

Can anyone help me for this i need to solve this issue urgently because end user some time opens 10 ,10 instane of the application so that the web server going to be slow.
