Taking too much time when first time loading the sencha web site application

Hi,

I have created the Mobile website application using Sencha Touch 2. When first time loading its taking too much time. After loading then navigating from one view to another view is fast. So for first time its taking to load 10 to 15mins. What would be the reason? How to solve it? please advise me.
