How do I add an additional row based on data result

I have a gridview with 7 datafields. On the rowbound event I would like to check for specific field data and if the result is what is expected I would like to add an additional row to the gridview with some information about the datafield. For Example:
Data Data Data Data Data Data Data
Above record has some issues
Data Data Data Data Data Data Data
Data Data Data Data Data Data Data
