Hyberlink count clicks

I have two days trying doing this but with no result

I have column in my library is URL and other culomn number of clicks which i wrote into it 5 number

I want When user click into hyper link something count this clicks and put it in label and after reching the number in the column number of click ...I need to move this hyper link to another library ?????

how can i do that using web part in visual studio ???????????????
