Silverlight enabled WCF Service and Entity Framework 504 issue

Hi,

I'm having an issue setting up a Silverlight MVVM solution with WCF Service and Entity Framework. Note, I'm not using RIA and I don't want to if possible.

Here's the question that I posted on Stack overflow, which no one has helped me with.
