I get the error"Cannot find the script or external object that implements prefix "datetime""

Hi All,

I would like to display the date as February 13,2013 in my xslt file version 1.0. I dont want to use Javascript because it causes some error.I tried this :

xmlns:datetime="http://exslt.org/dates-and-times" exclude-result-prefixes="datetime"

But when i execute them this throws an error"Cannot find the script or external object that implements prefix "datetime""...Please help.

I saw that but i cant use any of them ...These stylesheets which i design will be used by n-number of people. So every maching does not support javascript or the downloaded files....Sorry...
