hi dear,

you have to install C/C++ package for netbean.
after installed it, you can open your code in netbean IDE and you can run it.
There may be you have to convert it as per netbean project structure.

I have explored about this but I am little confused. Do I need to download and install g++, gcc, make, cygwin and gdb seprately ? And if it is so can how to set the path for all this. Your help will really be valuable.

no more idea about cygwin and gdb, but you have to install g++/gcc seprately.
And about setting path, you have to search on google. I will do try for search for it. and if any solution found, i will post you.
