developer tools for Windows phone 7.1

I have installed the developer tools for Windows phone 7.1(express), But when try to open new project i am getting below error message. Any help on this would be helpful

Based on the miniscule amount of information you have supplied, you are passing a null value (parentContext) to a method that expects the value to not be null.
