AFAIK, Cricinfo does not offer an API's.
Scraping their site could be one option to get semi-live feeds.

If you want live feeds, you'll have to subscribe to a service that provides them.

If you want semi-live feeds, you'll have to periodically scrape ESPN pages to get the scores. This will involve polling every so often, downloading the pages, parsing them for the data you want, praying that ESPN never changes their HTML layout (good luck with that!), and then putting up with their lawyers and "cease and desist" letters for violating their terms of service.

You really can't get sports scores, live, for free.
