As I said when you basically asked the same question last time: code for read all text files from the drive and that files saved excel sheet using asp.net with c#[^]
We can't give you a full answer to that question - we have no idea what your text files contain or how they should be read and the data prepared for the more organised cell structure of Excel.

If you have a specific problem, then ask about that, otherwise read the links I gave you are try it yourself!
