how to get datas of gridview for selected page only

hello frens,
i have this problem that i want to export the datas of the gridview to export using excel but the problem is that how can i know on which page the user is clicking and how to get the values of the selected page index datas.
please reply soon

Solution 1

You can save some data using Session[^] object.
Example:

C#

Session["FirstName"] = FirstNameTextBox.Text;
Session["LastName"] = LastNameTextBox.Text;

To get GridView.SelectedIndex[^] property, use SelectedIndexChanging[^] or SelectedIndexChanged[^] event.
