WCF Windows Service Start working as per system time

Hi every one

I have created WCF Windows Service but i have some task which must execute if local time is (ex 3.56 PM).

so pls tell me the solution

What do you think, ho could you achieve this? Because if you host the wcf service in a windows service you just have to add a simple scheduler, a separate thread to start on service start.
