Tracking Emails Turn Around Time for outlook or Exchange

Hi,

I have a business requirement to create a utility which can provide a report of emails turn around time of email user.

For Example :-

If a mail comes to me at 10 Hrs and i reply to that mail at 12 hrs then this utility shoul track incoming mail time and reply time. It can also provide extraction of either excel or in text format.

Can somebody advice how it is possible ?

Not sure but each email has a unique id generated along with it. That id may be of some use to track the response time.
