EBCDIC Format to Understandable Text

Hello All ,

I have an IBM EBCDIC Formatted file generated from IBM Main Frame . I need to Convert it into readable text. I need to know is there a way to convert directly to text. Kindly Suggest.

Note : The File size is around 100 MB and extension is 001.
