Can any body Tell me how to open file zilla in client's Pc.

I have requirement to allow user to download and modify the Content on site. ( content in the sens web pages, HTML pages).

Description:
we are giving funtionality to upload PDF. we are converting this PDF into HTML.and On front End side showing this HTML. Sometime when there is minor mistakes present in conversion user can download that files and Make modification and Upload it again to server.

right now i am only showing FTP link to User.User copy this link and open filezilla and copy that link, provide UserName and Password, and connect.

I want like, when user click on ftp link it will open fileZilla and Link name will automatically fill, user need to give password only and connect to FTP.

My client is knowing use of FTP and filezilla is installed on their PC.

yes i want to open fileZilla of User computer from website link. ( either from code behind or from javascript ).
