error in running a 32 bit window service on 64 bit windows server.

I am running a windows service that is of 32 bit, and server is 64 bit, my service is throwing an error every time which is, loading a program with incorrect format.

and i guess the issue is oracle.dataAccess in assembly is of 64 bit, please let me know how can i check that whether it is of 64 or 32 bit.
