when I logout my website ,when i am clicking on Back arrow of the browser ,i went to my previous page though i am logout ..

how can i prevent this postback to previous opened page of user ????????
pls help ...thanks in advance

It's not a post back - it's a previous page which is held in the browser cache and does not involve any data transfer between the client and server. Your only real solution is to disable back button in browser - which is not that easy to do (and will probably annoy a lot of users). If you do decide to do it, then google can help you: Disable back button in browser[^]

Can't i only do that-- after user logout ,when browser backbutton pressed ,i got redirected
to my home page ?????? OriginalGriff ...it wont need to disable browser back button !!

No - the back button is wholly within the browser - you can unplug from the internet and it'll still work!
