integrating matlab and web for audio processing/speech detection

hi,
i'm doing my undergraduate thesis about web based matching speech detection using FFT & euclidean distance.

right now i'm using matlab to do the audio processing, but how to make the web based version??
i'm thinking about integrating matlab with web.

is it posible to integrate matlab with web application??if it is posible, please show me the way..
i read about matlab java builder, but i'm not sure if the matlab java builder can handle audio processing..
