Problem for Webresource.axd not found

Hello Friends,

I have build my own custom control for auto complete combobox. whwn i run that its give error like

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://localhost:3020/DataManagement/WebResource.axd?d=iSBJ8hN3DHQSYI4JFMw-…9Gd4ZvkfM1A0uRVhhtTTopox6og_D62HqQPjluBF_t-dr49__1Wg2&t=634980881613975351

I have all in assemblyInfo like this
[assembly: WebResource("CustomWebControl.Scripts.ComboBox.js", "text/javascript")]

Is there any solution regarding this..
