Deploying SQLServerCE 3.5 and an Access dB with an application written in VS 2010 with Installshield LE

Hello,

I have written a program with VS 2010 (in VB) that uses a SQLServerCE 3.5 dB, and I want to deploy it using Installshield LE. In the Redistributable section of Installshield LE, I check "Microsoft SQL CE 3.5 SP2", and it says it needs to be downloaded. I right click on it, and click Download Selected Item. It says it is downloading 6 files, then Download Failed, make sure you are running as Administrator.

I understand that you can set yourself as Administrator in the Releases area, and clicking the setup.exe tab. The only way I have found to get to the Releases view screen is by opening the Prepare For Release node in the Solution Explorer, and double clicking Releases. Doing this, I see a tree containing builds, but no setup.exe tab. How do you get the tab to appear?

For the next version, I need to change to an Access dB, using the JET engine. I know you can download the redistributable, but how do you get it to show up in Installshield LE?
