How to change the CMFCTabCtrl' close button backcolor

Please search for "::OnDrawTabCloseButton" in your MFC source directory,
set the breakpoints there, at the all found rows, and start your debugger...

Now, you could provide your own visual manager, public to the first triggered class,
reimplement the virtual function and set it (your manager) for your application :)
