ppc: how to open a folder without toobar and menu bar, as same as open a folder from start menu?

i'm using one htc touch ppc. i need one folder tools explorering, that i can open one folder without tools-bar and menubar, in a perefence as same as open a folder from startmenu.

the default program is fexplorer.exe in "\windows", and i've tryed other folder explorer tools, such as resco explorer, etc. But they can't offer a preview without toolbar or menubar.

is there anyone knowing the parament or argument of fexplorer in wm6.1?
