Permission Issue in the IIS 7.5

I get this error
HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.
Config Error Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions

Even i run VS as admin. Give the permission to IIS_IUSRS (MACHINE-NAME\IIS_IUSRS) but not working.
Please advise me.

is there any web.config file in the directory?

keep your solution folder in root folder of IIS ("C:\inetpub\wwwroot").
