crystal report printing problem

I have created Parametrized crystal reports to show client report,My crystal report show total cost of transaction has been done by client.Problem I am facing whenever I am clicking option of print available at crystal report my entire page become refresh and crystal report disappear.If u know solution to this then kindly send me solution

you should assign the database login in runtime by coding in codebehind.
