How to open install.wim file?

Today i tried to open a .lic file,but i m unable to explore it even i spend 30 minutes on google.
Before 2 years ago i used a tool to open install.wim file,and today once again i want to explore it ,but i forgot the name of that tools,
Plz tell me the tools name which can explore .wim file and .lic both,or atleast 1 tool to explore the .wim file.
