Restore Database From Backup in Sharepoint 2010 Give Error

hi..

i am using windows Server R2 Enterprice(64 bit operating system)
i try to restore Farm from backup but in process i get error given below

"Access to the path D:\SP_BK_02182013\spbrtoc.xml is denied for account XYZ\ABC$. Ensure that the SharePoint Timer service and Microsoft SQL Server service accounts have Full Control permission on both the file share and the underlying folder"

so how to solve this error any idea about this error please give me a helpful suggestion

Error says exactly what the issue is and the possible resolution!

You need to have proper security privilege in place for account XYZ\ABC$ through which the action is being impersonated and done.
