Drag and drop image list to a grid view

How to do a drag and droup between image list to a grid view? I have set of aplience on image list and need to drag and droup in to a grid/table, there I can do some modifications for those items ( modifications on the few columns). draged item should not removed from the image list. same item can be drouped multiple times. please help me.
