How to send rows of data from WP7 to server via WCF.

I have a WCF service . I am able to communicate between WP7 app and WCF. I have sent username and password from from WP7 app to server and got the true/false response from server . Now I need to send few rows of data from localdb in windows phone 7 to a server. I have few rows of data in list object. I want to send it to server.

Is this possible !!!
