i had googgled for it i got the solution to enable or disable the firewall. but it works for local machine not for remote machine. when i tried to connect the remote machine i got access denied.

You can't disable a remote machines' firewall remotely.
That is kind of the whole idea.
If you could disable a firewall from the untrusted side of the firewall, that would be like putting an "Emergency open" button on the outside of a bank safe...

i am working in the lan only i was getting the error access denied some 80070005 error code getting. when i able to fetch the hardware details of remote computer then i am able to disable the firewall right.

Within a LAN you can only disable a remote firewall if you have Domain Admin permissions on the remote machine - which means a user ID on the computer that has those permissions. You can then log in as the admin ID remotely, and disable it. A command line approach is shown here:

i had worked on the link i had provided, you gave me the link of manually disable or enable but i am looking it programmatic as when i scan the system the firewall should disable after that should be enable. i used to scan daily 450 system for software updates now i am planning to get hardware details too.
