Invoke Web Service from Exchange Server on receiving a mail

Hi All,
We want to implement a solution in such a way that when ever we recieve a structured mail to a mail box, we would like to invoke a web service which would talk to CRM application( Siebel) and create a SR.. Is it possible to invoke a Siebel Web service ? and how ?
