SSL error in connection to Sql server

Hi i am getting an error "provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The wait operation timed out" when I'm gonna connect to the another server database (Not local)
How can I resolve this error ?

Solution 1

Follow the discussion given below.

1. Installed VS2012 - now cannot connect to SQL server with SSMS[^].
2. SQL - an error occurred during the pre-login handshake[^].

I have Restored My system and I think that the problem has been occured from the date I installed JDK !
Please advise me how to have the JDK too in my system

Uninstall JDK first.
Then uninstall all other (VS 2012, SQL Server etc...)

Now install JDK (if you need it).
Then SQL Server and VS 2012 in order(as suggested in the first link).
