Open Task Scheduler Window

Hello,
in my application the user has to type a name for a task he wants to create. After that I want the app to open the Windows Task Scheduler with the create task dialog and the taskname field shall be filled automatically.

I don't know how to realize that.

Thanks for your help.

P.S.: I'm german that's why my english isn't that good.
