Importerror: cannot import name 'get_rel_pos_embedding_layer' from 'monai.networks.layers.utils

i have using monai.In that monai version1.4dev2429 i got this error cannot import get_rel_pos_embedding_layer.i do uninstall and install monai and also upgrade the monai version still this import error exists.

What I have tried:

!python -m monai.bundle run --config_file ./zoo_dir/brats_mri_generative_diffusion/configs/inference_autoencoder.json --data_dir "/content/tmp/tmpiacffxnb" --bundle_root "./zoo_dir/brats_mri_generative_diffusion" --device "cpu" -v debug

I just tried a search for get_rel_pos_embedding_layer on the Monai web site and it is not found. See also Index — MONAI 0 Documentation[^].

Solution 2

The reason you appear not to be able to use get_rel_pos_embedding_layer is because, in doing a search in Monoai, there doesn't appear to be a function with this name.
