What is the best way to work with editable PDF files uploaded at server with MVC project?

I need to create one MVC C# Project with more editable PDF Documents in few groups uploaded at Server.
I need for more users to filled out the forms in the document and Save As option to save again at Server as new Document.
What is the best way to realize my project, or any example On-Line?
