How to access and make function the emotion detection program

i have downloaded the grumpiness detection source file but there is no python script available in the folder. How to operate it.

What I have tried:

Just downloaded, not knowing how to process.

We have no way to know where you got the file from, what you did with it, or even who wrote the code - so we can't help you. You need to go back to wherever you got the download from, and ask there.
If you got the code from a Codeproject article, then there is a "Add a Comment or Question" button at the bottom of that article, which causes an email to be sent to the author. They are then alerted that you wish to speak to them.

Posting this here relies on them "dropping by" and realising it is for them.
