Can anyone tell me where I can download a full VB6 installation

I have an old 2007 project I haven't touched in years and I want to resurrect it and rebuild in VB.NET. But before I start I wanted to review it to see if it's really worth the time-effort and get a glimpse of the various forms, concepts and other issue involved.
So I want to download/install VB6 review the project and make decisions of the path forward.

What I have tried:

Failed to find any previous version online that will install correctly, even tried a Chinese language version but couldn't get through the install :)

For free? You can't. There was never a free version, and the thing has been out of support for quite a long time now.
