Me.dragmove doesn't work in WPF VB.NET

Hi guys
I got confused !!!
When I write this sub in a Window in wpf, it works fine.
But when I use this sub in UserControl in wpf, it doesn't work!
Any kindly idea please?

What I have tried:

Protected Overrides Sub OnMouseLeftButtonDown(ByVal e As MouseButtonEventArgs)
    MyBase.OnMouseLeftButtonDown(e)
    Me.DragMove()

Solved!
This sub only works on Window, not UserControl.
Because a UserControl is sitting on a Window and a UserControl is not a Window.
