Uhh, you're probably not going to find such an application for free. In order for something like that to work, you'd need cloud-based database support, an application running on a GPS device in the truck, cellular phone support to upload data to the database, and a web app to look at the data in the database. No, it's not going to be real-time, but kind of close to it, at best.
