Really?[^]
Plus their site has a lot of details. I am not sure what you searched and read, but you have certainly not gone through the right content.

There are many if you find.
Let me give you one - we have an eCommerce website. The back-end is integrated to MS CRM. So the CSR (Customer Service Representatives) manages the site using a very known interface. for ex to find a customer, you go to contacts and find customer from there, place order for them etc.
I would suggest go to their site and read the articles explaining what you can do with the CRM. You can also search Google/Bing for 'use of Microsoft CRM' and you will get a lot of relevant information. Also check this out - http://www.microsoft.com/business/en-us/resources/marketing/customer-service-acquisition/why-use-crm.aspx
Hope this helps!
