How to establish a SCO connection between android and windows

i have established a HFP connection between my mobile device and windows but for phone call audio over pc i need a SCO connection as well i am reading this docs given by microsoft https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/bluetooth/creating-a-sco-client-connection-to-a-remote-device but i am not able to understand it.

What I have tried:

current i am making an app like phone link to make calls from windows and macOS over Bluetooth
