Upgraded to latest version and now get error message

Upgraded to 2.1.6. on Windows (Server 2016), but Object Detection (YOLOv5 6.2)
fails to start with errors shown in console (i.e. web interface)

Any ideas, I can't use Blueiris AI currently.

What I have tried:

I have tried reinstalling CodeProject but first uninstalling from "Settings" > "Apps" (i.e. the new "add remove programs") then installing the latest version. I did this twice.
