How do I... Fix "restart AI to refresh this list"

When I click on the 3 dots beside custom model in BI I get "Restart AI to refresh this list" - I am not able to enter a directory

What I have tried:

Stopping server, starting server, restarting BI

OK I resolved the issue by working through the error logs, installing and uninstalling PIL and python a few times, and rolling back to an earlier version of Code Project AI Server. The last thing was actually what fixed it but it might be that some of the other steps helped too.
