my pc i win 7 ultimate os
when i install visual basic 2017 then show error

The procedure entry point SetDefaultDIIDirectories could not be located
in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

how to fix this error

What I have tried:

i will try to solve this error from google by search but can not fix error

Strange ... a very quick Google for the error message gave me loads of data, including this: The procedure entry point SetDefaultDllDirectories could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.[^]
